MEMBERSHIP/HOW CAN I BE INVOLVED?

ETGMEA is an affiliate of the Tennessee Music Education Association (TMEA). Click on our "Join" section above to see dues for the 2025-2026 school year. Dues are $60 and cover your membership in both organizations. Perks of membership include discounted workshops, the ability to participate in the annual TMEA General Conference held in April, and community with educators throughout the eastern region.

ETGMEA is currently rebuilding! We are planning on hosting 3-4 workshops and meetings this year covering various needs of the community. If you would like to help us in making these happen, you have suggestions for workshops/music education needs in your community, or would like to advertise a local relevant event for another professional general music organization, PLEASE reach out to us through our form under "Events of Interest". If you would like to join us, a link to a Google form with all relevant payment information is going out ASAP.

We have recently updated our email list system. PLEASE sign up for our email list below and forward it to anyone you know who has previously been a member or may be interested as we are trying to rebuild from losing that information. All general music educators, whether current, retired, or student/future educators, are welcome at our workshops.
